Employment scam, possible identity theft

I was hired by terron fleming with claims that he is taking over his family business, from his recently deceased father. I never saw any other employee, except Terron when i was first hired. 5 days later he hired a second employee for a sales manager position. There is no office equiptment (computer, phone) I brought my personal cordless phone from home to use as the office phone. All the paper, folders, pens etc. Were brought from his home. He will also state there is a monthy $35 drug screen at the cost to the employee,

One week later the other employee that was hired after me was fired for bogus reasons via email and was refused pay for the time he was there. Three days later I was also fired for bogus reasons of theft.

During my time there, there didnt seem be any clients or actual business being done. The only thing i did while there was screen applications and schedule interviews.

It appears that he has a revolving door of employees for a few weeks only to gain your personal information.
