This company is a fraud. They hired me and said i was scheduled to start work on a wednesday. I did so. I worked through the following tuesday. We were off wed. Through sunday but on friday i got an email saying i was fired for insubordination.
This guy told me to be at work at nine and comes strolling in at 10 then tells me that i'm not allowed to talk to the receptionist. Ok whatever he does the same thing again, this time he tells me if i talk to the receptionist again i was fired! That's fine but at least give me something to do if your gonna be an hour late.
In my time with this fraudulent company i conducted interviews. This was outlined as my job description. However, when i got the email saying i was fired i was told i would not receive pay for the week of work because i was still in new hire orientation. This is bull. Then, they are suing me for a chair that broke. The funny thing is the chair does not even belong to them, it belongs to west county executive suites.
This company, including the only person that i met, terron fleming, are a huge fraud. If you don't believe me... Google terron montre fleming. Or his alias mark ballard... Also reverend terron fleming. This guy is anything but ethical. He claimed to inherit the company from his father who died earlier this year. This is not true the company was started earlier this year.
This guy will do anything to keep from paying you for the time worked. He asks people who are interviewing new unsuspecting applicants to lie about the company, the job duties etc. They preach ethics but they are anything but ethical. If you are hired they will fire you before you ever complete "new hire orientation" leaving you on the loosing end. Not to mention the loss of your 35 dollars for the cost of a drug test.
