I am a seventeen yr old girl who was hired by Terron to be a receptionist at TMF Marketing in Maryland Heights. Mr Fleming told me he interviews people who call in from Craigslist which was how I found this job. He does a fake drug test and collects $35 from the potential employees he also gives orientation and give them a handbook that he says must be returned or they will be charged. He was very unprofesional in the way he dealt with me and the other employees & his day is spent hiring and firing individuals. I was there to answer the phones. After the first two weeks of working for him when I was due to get paid he claimed he mailed my paycheck to me. I worked another week and a half asking on many different occasions for my check. He always said it was being mailed and then claims it is not his fault I do not know my address. He told me he would not hire anyone over the age of 25. I suppose he thinks younger people will not know they are being taken advantage of. Needless to say I quit and then he claims I was fired and stole company material which was a lie. My parents wanted me to remove my application from his office because they feared he would steal my indentity and sell it tro another party. That is what he claims I stole. He also took a drug test kit from my boyfriend to use at his office.
