My account is no different than anyone else's. You never meet any people to do any real training. You will sit there for hours at a time doing nothing. Terron Fleming fires people for looking at him the wrong way within a week of orientation. His company is a scam.
It is interesting how the office keeps moving. He claimed to have an office in the Merril Lynch building in Chesterfield. This is a very nice building. I spoke to the building manager and knew nothing of the Fleming Organization. The building owner told me he is on the verge of getting booted out of the West County Executive Suites. We were promised offices, laptops and numerous other things that he never paid for. He claims to have security cameras everywhere and the building owner told us he doesn't and if he does he will be turned into the police.
This guy preaches professionalism and is anything but professional. He strolls in whenever he pleases. He makes you pay for your own drug test. He doesn't want people he interviews to even have a soda because it costs the company money out of his pocket, though he claims to make seven figures a year. You will not be paid for training either. He fired two employees just for looking at the usacomplaints.com and asking questions about it.
There are some very suspicious things going on there. It could be possible identity theft. Little did I know he is only a kid. He is maybe 22 years old and claims to have extensive experience selling cars dating back at least ten years. He claims to have been a top salesman for Auffenburg Motors, which is a major dealership in the St. Louis area. Employees do not last longer than a week or two. You will never meet anyone other than Terron.
The rebuttal on here from "Sarah Conway" is a fake as she does not work for the company and may not even exist. It most likely is the owner pretending to be a legit employee. Mike McMahon may or may not exist but he is also in on this scam. If you call him and he does not pick up, Terron calls back two seconds later. He fired a receptionist for supposed theft which was a total lie. He claimed that she broke into his office and stole from his imaginary safe. Bottom line, Terron Montre Fleming is possibly running a scam. He created a profile on Transunion to check two employees' credit. That is fraud.
As a business owner, a legal check can be done through an agency that checks credit on potential employees at a cost. He went in and created false profiles pretending to be his potential job candidates. He will fire you within two weeks and not pay you for the training. His response to that will be that he does not have to. Also, he will try and charge you $100 for the employee handbook if not returned that cost him a few bucks to print. You will waste your time and gas if you go to this place, not to mention $35 for the drug test that costs not near that much at Walgreen's.
