Terron Fleming of TMF Marketing Online plagiarized our website and when asked to remove the copied pages, he started a one man defamation assault. He has filed a false report on usacomplaints.com. He has used multiple names in order to look like multiple complainants. He has called my company, my employees and myself names that have no basis in truth. Until Terron Fleming started this slanderous assault, we've never had a complaint listed from anyone.
He has falsified every piece of information pertaining to my business and me.in one day, I have collected dozens of pages of lies all created by Terron Fleming. He has threatened me on my phone and on the web... All because we asked him to remove the plagiarized parts of his website. He said in his report that I was sued a year ago, totally false. It says we are being investigated by the Police... Another big lie.
He has repeatedly called me a racist and said I overcharge minorities. Since I am a minority myself, he couldn't be further from the truth. I do not know what he hopes to accomplish but this onslaught of lies will end. We will be taking legal action against Terron Fleming and hopefully in the process he will learn a proper way to do business.
I want to reiterate that I have never met Terron Fleming or any of the names listed on his website or any of the other sites where he has created and repetitively lied. If this is his response to a completely viable request, I can't imagine what retribution he would take against a client who complained.
Please contact the Missouri Attorney General to find out for yourself that he is a registered business as of August 26. You will also discover the only complaints against my company or me have been made in the last two days. You will also find from the Attorney General that we are a business in good standing with current registrations and filings. You will also find that we are in our 13th year of doing business with no complaints... That is until Terron Fleming plagiarized our website.
