My refrigerator stopped cooling so I call Sears for service, under my service agreement. The repairman showed on time, but did not have the part to make the repair. What bothers me is that the repairman said that I should call back and make another appointment to receive the part. Who does that? Really? I am so put off with Sears for this kind of practice. Sounds like I would be better off with another company for service.
