Wal-mart/manager and associate in jewerly dept
Extremely rude, and

December 31.
There was a lady named kimberly working at the jewlrey counter, when i went to purchase a pair of piercing earings. Kimberly asked me for my I.D. So i gave it to her asking what she needed it for. She responded with an attitude "well you need to be over the age of 18 to buy these earings!" I said "okay." She walked away and said "I need to go get this checked." Now i understand that my I.D. Is damaged in the middle, but still shows everything needed. So i said "okay you can see my age here. Im 20 years of age, older than 18." She said well its still not a valid I.D. I even tried to show her my college I.D. But she just pushed my hand away and said "now why would i want to see this?" I just looked at her. So my godaughter was with me at the time, and called our grandmother, who was sitting in the car waiting for us. She walked in and asked me why i couldnt buy the earings. Kimberly left, and came back with another associate named Dustin, a "customer service asscociate". Dustin had a nasty foul attitude from the moment he walked up. He asked "now whats the problem here?" My grandmother said "well where does it state, where customers can see, where you have to be over 18 to purchase a pair of piercing earings." So he sighs and says with an attitude "it doesnt say anywhere but when the cashier is scaning the item, it asks if the person is over 18." I replied saying "okay well you see my I.D. And it says im over 18 years of age." Dustin says "well this is an invalid I.D." Honestly it doesnt matter whether its damaged or not. Its still an I.D. So my grandmother decides to just try to pay and buy the earings in her name. Then Dustin decides to say "well are you the gaurdian of this girl?" Now i dont have a gaurdian. Im grown. So i just say "im grown, i dont have a gaurdian and dont need one." Dustins smart mouth says "well then your grandmother needs to sign these papers giving you the consent of purchasing the earings." So my grandmother signed the paper. I go to give Kimberly the, oney and she asks Dustin "can she hand me the money, since she cant purchase these?" and Dustin says "well the lady already signed the paper so, i guess what ever she wants to do." Kimberly snatched the money and gave me the earings, and rudely handed me my change. Just to let you know, myself and my family members always shop at the Walmart Supercenter in Chino, and spend well over $700. After this incident, none of us will put a foot in any of your Walmart stores.
