Because someone at your legal department will not accept my mother's diagnosis of Dementia to mean the same thing as what the sentence states in the DPOA that the Dr. Deem her mentally incapable of handling financial matters I cannot pay my mother's bills.
I think this is unconsionable. I have to somehow hog tie the Dr. And have him write out my mother is mentally incapable of handling financial matters because the one word diagnosis of "dementia" doesn't suit someone in your legal team.
When I get the correct wording - Bank of America will be losing some large accounts my family has with them - and I will NEVER do business with Bank of America EVER again.
