Phone call to 93 yr old mother advertising one time charge of $399 for prescription drug plan. Clearly asked her if she was between ages 18 and 68 to which she said yes (she has dementia and hearing problem).
Asked for bank routing number... Mother gave wrong number, asked for bank acct number, mother gave out correct number. Despite not eligible for the service still tapped her bank account. Gave out a non serviceable number to call... Only get a third party company who seems to be helpful but are not. Same address in Champlaign hit my mother for a company called CAP consumer advocate protection last May for $398... Same address. Writing letters is waste of time... They are preying on older folks, getting their bank info and tapping away... Legally.
