GE Online are very dishonest skam artists. I can't respect people like that as much as I try to. Want it all? 1. Hard to contact. They changed the number that is on my bill - it says when I call "The caller's information has changed and to get the information on the number you called press this digit and you will get charged for it"! GE Money works for Paypal, so I called from an old paypal bill to GE and they wouldn't help us. They transferred us to paypal. How do I contatact them,
I can't pay my bill either. I can't get on after I enter any information! When we called them about it the lady said " I can't do anything, try it in a week (when the bill is due) and if it doesn't work tell my assciates that you spoke with me"... She left no name..."and you won't get a fee for paying over the phone".
They stopped internet connection to us. That I am sure of it. All the recessive things they have done to us all put together to scam more money makes me believe that they put a hold on our account so we can't get in online anymore.
We send our bills in to them certified by mail only, and get a letter back as to when they recieved the mail from the post office. Why do we have to do this? It costs us over $7.00 each month.
They are 3rd world country push sellers. I don't like them and wouldn't ever send them a flatened penny run over by my truck to contribute to their greed and nor to make a statement. I don't know how we got pushed into doing business for them — i mean with them, for the second time. We told eachother that we would never go through GE Money again, and there it was. We signed another contract for something else and didn't ask WHO are we paying our monthly bills to.
We celebrated the first time when Ge Money was out of sight and the bills were done!
This newer contract now is has a minimal down payment interest percentage of 0,6% interest untill a year. We were told that there was absolutely no payment to be made by the company offering us the product. Rules were After a year if they don't get all the money then they will charge 47% of the entire bill, (and its a lot for us if it happens) each month untill it's payed off.
I got their number again thankfully and called them today and it said I owe no money this month so far. Well each month the payments have not been the same and I read GE Money will sometimes not send a bill to you... What happens now???
And that happened to us by the way... The 2 first bills we never got and we had to pay 2 fees.
The first time they gave us this crazy billing rule, which went like this: If you send money 5 days earlier than the due date it will go onto the balance of last months payment. 5 days! I have written a note on the bill before: for this next bill please" And IF the bill was too late you had to pay like maybe $25 late fees. That's totally illeagle.
And then they called constantly telling us to hurry and pay over the phone but that costs like $15. I unfortunately know how it works. I am not giving them everything because they are dishones. Am I missing anything? They don't speak english when you give them a complaint and you get hung up on. Transferred and then hung up on again after calling without any resolutions...
I just want to know how much I owe, I know I don't owe nothing and I want no more scams, I need to put up with it for another 7 months, and also I'm tired of sending cretified / sign and return mail forms. It's costing like $7.00 each month.
I have dealt with them through the BBB but I had gotten no restitution back.
I THOUGHT I read that they are part of the BBB, ARE THEY ASSOCIATED WITH THE BBB?
