My credit was $3000.
I called them and told them they are putting these charges on my bill that do NOT make sense about why there is finance charges on a bill that is ZERO interest!
I paid my bill every month on time, 2 times I made a payment after midnight the day it was due. They are not sending me any bills or statements. They tell me they will send them, then they never do.
Months go by and I forgot my log information for the online payment and called them. The lady told me she could not help me out at all, because I needed to know my account number. I told her I didn't have my account number because they are not sending me bills or statements. She told me she would send me them (current & old one's), we still didn't get any, I finally found my account number and logged on and paid it.
My husband has called them as well and told them to start sending us a billing statement so we can pay them! They FINALLY sent two OLD bills, no current one's and this was months ago & then we didn't get anymore.
Months ago we made a big payment for thousands of dollars trying to get it almost paid off we were down to about $300 (they keep adding things on there, so it never goes down!). I made my payment for this month (FEB.), a week before it was due. I logged on early (I just made a payment a few weeks ago, but wanted to check it out) and there is now a transfer fee of $495 on there from a few weeks ago, the bill is now almost $1000 AGAIN!!!
I called and the man told me that we were late and missed three different months (that is a lie). I said I just logged on two weeks ago, paid my bill down to close to $300, and then you tell me from last year we missed so you added this huge fee on just now. He was rude and I asked to speak to someone, but he was not willing to go over the reason, at least one that makes sense.
They are not being truthful and I have started to look up this company and see that there are so many stories just like ours of people getting ripped off by them. We need help, because this company has added on so many fees, they have made probably $1000 off of us so far, on an interest free loan? Come on now! The people are rude and state it as facts and will not work with us in any way.
DO NOT use them, there are too many bad reports about them. I don't want to pay them, but I don't want to ruin my credit either. What can I do? I already filed with the BBB, FTC, Attorney General and the Office of Thrift Supervision. Beware people!
