I feel your pain. I received my bill back in Jan & knew it was too low, called & they had me read my meter, which was not even close to what their worker had. Then I mailed my payment with extra on it in. Come Feb when I normally get my bill I did not receive one, so I called them again. The lady that I spoke with at that time stated my bill was extremely low again, so I would not receive a bill for the month of Feb. When I finally did get a bill, it was due March 17th, which I overpayed the bill by a little more than $50.in less than 10 days they mailed me another bill in which they want $160 by March 27th.
I have e-mailed them with no return, called today only to have a lady say let me look at your account & hung up on me... Errrrrr How many bills can they possibly send you in one month? This started by them not correctly reading my meter. I do not deny that I owe the money, but 2 bills in 10 days due to their error?
