Noticed $11.95 on credit card statment with a date of 08/08/08; thought maybe I had ordered something but didn't remember. Then got another charge on 09/08/08 and this time I knew I had not ordered anything. Called the toll-free number and was told that they would take off one month's charge. I told them that I had seen on on-line where they rip people off all the time and that I would dispute the claim through my credit card. After sending me to their supervisor, they took off the first charge also. Always do watch my credit statements. What a consumer rip off!
