Payment Scheduled for Sunday Posted Monday, Interest Rate Raised to 27%

I scheduled a payment on-line to my BOA account for June 29th, a Sunday. The account wasn't posted with the payment until the 30th, putting it a day late. They upped up rate to 27 %. I tried contacting customer service, no response. Beware of this company. The monthly payment went up $200
