FCNB has not cashed my check for my june payment either. I did call the number for the spiegel dept. A lady told me that since they were closing they didnt have as many people working (duh) so it might take longer for the check to be processed.
I mailed my payment about 2 weeks before the due date. Another payment I mailed on the same day cleared my bank on the 25th of June. Spiegel payment still has not cleared my bank. The woman at Spiegel sayed she has no phone numbers for the company.
It looks as it we are all going to be hit with late payment fees, but for how long? I find it hard to believe that this can be happening for as long as it has been and we really have no way of contacting these people! At this rate, they could keep charging late fees and no one could ever pay the bill off!
Ive never had a problem with this company, I have had my account for almost 10 years, until now. Looks like we are all about to screwed
