I hate this company! I worked two jobs to pay my bill of $1000 off in a month! I did this is a $300 payment, and a $700 payment. Guess what? Even though they sent me a posting confirmation, they took the money of $300 out of my bank 3 weeks late, even right after my $700 payment cleared, and it agreed that it was their fault! That payments for between "Aug 15-21st" were posted late. They did it to thousands of people! And it put my account UNDER at my Bank of America and THEY charged me $300 in overdraft fees! And neither BANK fixed their errors!
I spoke to the Supervisor, who was kinda rude and said they had 180 days to take the money out and would not cancel the payment at all. They took advantage of me, even though I never had a late payment.
