Lied about supply of bike Internet

I like many others before me have been defrauded out of 500 by the Dirt Bike and Quad world business.
My grandson wanted the bike, which I agreed to purchase for him in Aug. Delivery due first week of Sept. As with all other messages relating to this company, I had promises of delivery days which never materialised, promises of refunds which never materilised.

I got my credit card company to chase the payment clearing house, only to be told that as they were not a supplier of services or product, they had not failed in their duties and were therefore not liable.

Anybody got any ideas? I understand this may be operated from France, if this is the case, anybody fancy a trip over there?
