I ordered a quad form this company on 18 November when the delivery date came no quad I contacted them via email they gave me another date in December, but no surprise agin the quad never came.
I contacted them again via email to be told that they couldn't make delivery until January because they'd been let down by their suppliers.
Then I was promised a full refund compensation between the 15 July and 2 August. I have kept all email correspondence form Dirt bike and Quad world but the allusive refund is still with them.
