Dirtbike And Quad World RIP OFF

I ordered and paid for a quad bike in november for my children for christmas, i was told it would take 15 working days but i did not arrive.

I tried to contact them for answers but none of my emails were ever answered, then a week before christmas they told my i was not coming.

I was promised a 50% refund and the quad to arrive in january i got a date and left it at that.

I then got another email the day befor delivery to say that the suppliers had failed to supply and i would get a full refund, I AM STILL WAITING.
