Purchased bike 06/05. 06/25 he sent massage he sent the wrong bike. Bike arrives 07/16. 09/19 waited 4 month still no bike. Call ebay told me make a case with ic3. Gov. Told him i just wanted my money back $345.45 gave him 2 days to reply. He emails me back the same day saying the bike literally showed on his front door. 09/21 his asking for my address. 09/22 gave him the information. 09/26 said he went to town but will send the bike on the 09/28. Received the bike 10/26 but it's not the bike i purchased. The bike in the photo was old and rusted, but the bike i received the rims showed more rust then the photo, it also had spider webs all over the sprocket the rims and frame, just like someone pulled out of a barn thats been sitting around for years. I have photos of the bike. Sent bike back 10/31 and told him all i want is my money back it cost me $109.61 to ship the bike back. After all this bs i just want my money back $455.06. Contacted him 01/04 if he doesn't refund my money i wound open a case against him. 01/05 he emails me and tells me how can he refund my money if i have the bike in my possession, i do not have the bike but i know he sent the bike back to me.
