I ordered a midi monster bike from this company back in december for my two childrens xmas present. I paid them via moneybookers and didnt suspect anything as ther website was very professional looking and with using moneybookers thought payments were protected.
I then received a email saying how sorry they were but they had been let down by their suppliers and could not meet delivery date. I decided to wait for next avalible delivery date from the company. Once again this date was given and again they emailed to say they could not meet the date, again because of suppliers they said that they had no choice but to cancel all orders and refund my money as the situation had gone on for to long. I was told money would be refunded within 30 days.
I then stopped getting any emails from this company and they would not reply to any emails i sent them, alarm bells started to ring. After doing a bit of research found out that they had done the same thing to others and it was all a big con.
I am normaly very careful when it comes to ordering items over the internet and have never had a problem before. These people were very convincing and new exactly what to do. I have learnt from this and now research a company before dealing with them.
