Do not order anything from this company. I live in Florida.
June 17 I ordered 1 jar of progesterone cream from Avmazon. Very informative ad that stated it would ship in 2-3 business days. It still had not arrived by the weekend so I called the 866ine, which is the order line only, and they sent an inquiry email to customer service.
I did not receive a return phone call or email informing me of the whereabouts of my order so after a week I called the 866 line again. Also, it was immediately charged to my credit card the day of my order.
There is no way to call customer service, the only number they give out is the order line and the reps answering the phone are very friendly and helpful but helpless to do anything other than send ANOTHER email to customer service.
I sent 3 of my own emails to their customer service email address with no response. Finally, on July 14 I sent another email to the customer service address and wrote I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER in the subject line... And surprisingly received an email back but it was dated July 9 which did not make sense.
The email stated that the backorder was taking longer than expected, that it would ship out that day, which by the date of the email was July 9, or the next day which would have been July 10, and if I was tired of waiting to let them know and they would credit my account.
I received that email on July 14 but it was dated July 9th.
When I still had not received the jar of cream by 7/18/08, I called the order line and instructed them to send an email to customer service cancelling my order immediately.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will receive a credit with no problems but based on this fiasco, I doubt it will happen without me calling again and again.
Again, I advise, do not order anything from this company.
