An order was placed via the internet for Queen's plain by Wedgwood for a 20pc setting for $179.97 on March 14. The order was backordered for 4-6 weeks. Customer service was contacted on March 21, for order status. Email response stated items were backordered 4-6 more weeks. Customer service was again contacted on May 1, for status of order. Email response indicated the order was still on backorder with no ETA. Order was cancelled via my request and a refund was pending. Customer service was again contacted via email and telephone on May 9 and 16, for refund. To which no response has been received.
