I placed an order for my husband, a couple of days after I placed an order they call to confirm. I was at work so I tried to call back asap. I called for three days in a row leaving a message every time no one ever responded. Then they cancelled the order. I called a different number listed for Finish Line after being transferred several times the guy assured me that the order would be sent out and received before Christmas. Needless to say the order was not received until Dec. 29. I had also sent out an email asking about the order on Dec 22. Can you believe that they just now today on Jan. 10, responded to my email! I was furious to just now receive an email.
