I ordered a pair of shoes on June 16. My card has been charged and the order status claimed shipping in 1 to 2 weeks. It is now almost 1 month (July 11) and I have got nothing.
I have sent emails to their status email address and gotten no response.
I have called their 'order line' only to get a recording. Have not reached a live human being once.
Their mailbox on the order line is full and will not accept new messages.
Unbelievable!
