I ordered a Craftsmade 52" Quest fan from Fanshack.com on Feb. 28 and was told it was on backorder for 3-weeks. I was billed for this order right after it was placed. After 3-weeks, I called customer service and kept receiving voicemail only with no returned phone call. I emailed customer services and kept getting the run-around, indicating it was still on backorder. This went on for 3-months. I finally requested (via email, since I could NEVER get through to customer service via telephone) to cancel the order, and then on May 28 I received an email from them indicating they have filed for bankruptcy and any orders placed prior to May 20 will not be fulfilled and suggested that I dispute the charge with my credit card company! Total rip-off!
