I had the same happen to me as a person above. I do not use the phone every day and informed customer service of this when I signed up. I was told if my account was not replenished on time then I had 90 days to from the expire date to add money or I would loose my money and the phone would be deactivated. They did this 2 days after my replenish date. I called customer service and was told to look at the terms and not listen to what someone had told me. They never even notified me when it was getting close to the due date. Good way to do business yep you are in it for the buck, not for customer service your no better than tracfone, verizon, AT&T and the other scam artists. Like the person above Im out $85 the cost of the new phone I purchased 1 month ago. Back to basics for me too Im tired of being ripped off by these scum bag businesses.
