NoService NoContract - Tracfone that was sent to me from your company with a bad SIMS card

I purchased a Tracfone and a 1 year 800/minute/double minute card back on 4/18/08 as of 2/21/09 I still have not been able to activate or use my phone. I have contacted Tracfone customer service numerous times to only get "Im sorry for this inconvenience let me try to help you but the issue has not been resolved. I was informed by floor supervisors that I had a bad phone if I went and purchased another one they would credit my minutes. I did this 3 times and I still have not had use of this phone. On 2/09 I was sent a new phone it worked for an hour then I could no longer use it I contacted Tracfone and was informed the SIMS card needed to be replaced they would send out another one. Once I received the new SIMS card put it in my new phone called customer service they transferred my minutes but not my Service Date which should have been 4/18/08 365 days from my 1 year 800 minutes purchase. Each time I contact his company I'm given nothing but apologies but no service to resolve the issue. I'm on the phone at minimum 2 hours would be longer but I have decided I would not continue to be placed on hold and told to type in all these numbers to have my issue resolved. I would also challenge the quality of customer service given from this company. This is pretty simple if you were able to transferred the 800 minutes from the 1 year card why didn't the service date be updated. I've been put on hold so many times waiting for them to transfer me to this mysterous other department that if Tracfone had a office I could walk in I would demand a refund of $140 for the 800 1/year card and gladly leave the 3 no good phones with them. On the 2/20/09 a calll into customer service I was told they could take care of it right now but shortly fell right back into the can I place you on hold and from that point was just flat out lied to by Russ. He first told me he just need to get a supervisor to approve this befor he can complete it after a few holds he comes back and says we are still investigating this issue. I requested this issue be Escalated back on 2/6/09 and was told they would contact Miami to have this resolved promptly. Still waiting. I sent several emails to customer service but nothing has come out of it. No matter how many times I have called in I do have every time logged in my planner how long I was on the phone who I spoke with and the outcome and is available for review. On 2/21/09 I was contacted by customer service who informed me I need to purchase another airtime card as mine is showing it has expired. Now I'm furious because I purchased a 1 year card and my Service Date is good for 365 days even though I have had no use of the phone service and still currently have 840 minutes of airtime. I refuse to spend any more money and will dedicate my time to go online to these review boards and give my experience of how Tracfone is not worth the purchase. If you have money you want to waist then this is your Company. What type of Customer Service is this when each call it at the least a 1-2 hour support when you have to make a decision you are not getting the issue resolved. There is no log of your previous call so each time you call in be prepared to repeat yourself. I have reference, serial, and trouble ticket to give to the customer service rep but it provides no insight on what is going on. I asked was Tracfone delaying the use of service so I have to spend some more money and the rep said NO but I challenged that because I have had no use of Tracfone since 4/18/08. I will Never Ever purchase another one of these phones I would rather go Contract
