Coast to Coast managed to place a $49.95 monthly charge on my ATT phone bill for Contact message systems, LLC even though I have a requirement for a signed request for any changes on my ATT acount. Darlene, employee # 40849 claims a phone call to me authorized the services. At no time did I talk to them or authorize any services on this account.
They say they will issue a credit to the account in 2 or 3 billing cycles.
In the mean time they keep my money and wont give me a mailing or physical address of the company! They say I can fax a request to remove the second monthy charge and that someone will call me in 48hrs with a recording of me talking to them and authorizing the charges. They wont give me their address.
I will contact ATT and the Bank tomorrow and see what they say.
If anybody has any further clues as to what to do it would be appreciated.

I think this is a feloney offense and should be reported to the FBI or somebody.
