No Service - lawn blower (craftmans)

I am so frustrated with Sear's lack of customer service. First I was guided through this maze of automated prompts only to be give a phone number that noone ever answers. The local repair center 225-755-7126 didn't answer the phone for three hours.

This is just ridiculous not to mention the poor quality of their equipment.
