Took my walk behind lawn mower in for repair on May 1. As of today June 12. I have not received my lawn mower back from the repair center!!! The copy of service order states normally returned within 10-15 days from drop off date. What a f@""; joke. The customer service call center is a joke as well. You are on hold forever!!! And then they give you some bulls@$t excuse why it is not ready!
I will never buy anything from Sears again!!!
