I purchased a warranty from sears on a lawn tractor that I purchased for $1,400. I hit an object and need a repair, and called the service line at 225-752-8656. I called for 2 days, getting a busy signal or the phone just rung until it went dead. I was so frustrated that I went to a local repair person a paid out of pocket for the repai. Because of that bad experience, I purchase my zero turn from lowes. A warranty is only good as the company that honors the warranty. You may want to think twice about purchasing a sears warranty, if you don't have 3 vacation days to call sears repair service. Additionally, I just received my new offer for 2 years at a cost of $489.66.
