I ordered the majicjack and when I received it I tried to connect which I could not do.
After trying several times and going to their web sight and following their instructions I still could not operate the device.
I contacted their live help and worked with two different people to no avail. I tried to get a return authorization number but could not and when I asked the help person how to get the authorization number they stoped conversation.
I am very disapointed and can not get any help on returning this on their thirty day return policy
