I also purchased a majic jack device from the company and after 4 months it broke. I spent over 15 hours and 7 weeks trying their different tech support options but to no avail. Finally I asked for a replacement and was told that they don't replace phone orders or resellers. You can only chat with representatives as their is no phone number and no managers to talk with. Now that I started researching a lot of people are having problem with their devices. Obviously they are not well made.
