I purchased two majic jacks in april of this year. I think this product is a ripoff. One majic jack was used to make outbound calls for a total of 4-5 hours PER WEEK! The 2nd majic jack was used for approximately 10 calls total over 6 months. THEY SUSPENDED BOTH MAJIC JACKS because they said THE FIRST ONE had excessive use and was used 20 times more than the average Majic Jack user. I feel deceived and will share my experience with others in the seminars I teach. CSR said there is nothing they can do and I can never use the service again. So I got stuck with two majic jacks & no service.
