I ordered the Majic Jack and it worked fine for the first 30 days then it started shutting off and telling me that I need to plug it in for it to work but it was already plugged in!
I was online for hours with technical support doing their "repair" options. Nothing ever worked. I asked for a replacement twice and was told a "return" form would be sent via email. I have been looking for this form for weeks and have yet to receive one. Whenever I IM them they take all of the information again and say "wait" for your return form.
I simply want the item replaced, assuming mine is defective, and can't even get them to do that!
