I had called Steven Bailey to inquire about one of the three phones that had quit working due to a defect in the phone. Steve was very rude, ended the call by hanging up on me. I wanted the defected phone replaced with a new phone, he informed me that he could not help me due to the fact the warranty was no later valid due to a white mark turning red inside the phone. Ironically, all my phones had that red mark and two of them was working fine.
I am a customer of many years whom had paid my bill always on time, and thought that I was not asking too much of this company. The phone was not due to misuse on our part, it was a defect in the phone. 0therwise, the other two phones would have not worked. All phones were red inside.
I have paid this company thousands of dollars for the contracts that I had signed through the years of service! I was not asking for something that was not just and fair! I have a company of my own, and I would make sure my customers are satisfied! Would definely not hang up on a client with an attitude! My wish is that someone from the company recorded the phone conversation on June 6 around 4:30P.M. The company has the upper hand due to the fact that I am in a contract of two years!
I have been with this company for many years and never had a reason to complain until now. I had bought three phones with this contract and just wanted the defected phone replaced with a phone that worked! They don't have a problem to collect the money for the phone, however, they are not willing to give me a cell phone that is in working condition. If anyone wants to contact me, or hopefully listen to the conversation that day, I would love to speak to them!
