I just wanted to say ATT's phones are junk! I've replaced so many phones w/them it's not even funny. I'm talking Motorola, Sony Ericson, black berry, HTC & the famous iPhone! Word of advise, never EVER buy refurbished phones from any vendor.
Any way I have people asking why I never answer my phone. I make calls and on occassion I will dial a # and press call. The phone never rings, for some odd reason on the 2nd attempt my calls usually go through. Phones and SIM cards have been replaced.
Oh yeah, that and ATT will push the iPhone to be sold but when it comes to support they don't even know you! Same w/Apple! Walk into an ATT store where they sell iPhone and they will give you the deer in the headlights look!!! They should all be cross trained!
Unfortunately I have 4 phones w/them and because I tried so many diff. Phones they con'd me into extending my contract each time! Argh! NEVER again!!!
