BELL CANADA RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS, rnI BOUGHT 2 HTC TOUCH PHONES from BELL MOBILITY STORE IN BRAMLEA CITY CENTER, the first week the both of them keep on freezing up, I took them in to the store and they changed the batteries and did a couple of things to the phones and they worked for another week then they freeze again so I took it back again to the store and I asked them how much more time will I have to bring these phone to get this fixed, the Manager said to me that if it happens again that he will give me Two other Phones in the store, so he took these Two Phones and he switched the batteries and some other stuff and they worked for a few more days, then they Freeze again, so I went back again and I said that I need Two other Phones because I am not going to do this for the next Three Years, He Smiled and said don't worry this time I will have no problem and he switched the Batteries again and did some other stuff and the phone worked again, Since then These Phone Freeze up at least Six more times and One time I even called the Phone # on the Box and took these Phone where they told me to take it and get it Fixed and these Phones still keep on Freezing up, so I went back to the store and told them how much time I got to keep on bringing these Two Phones to get fixed All I want is Something that would last Through my Contract, so One of the Guys told me that they are having lots of complain about these Phones and the only thing he can suggest is that I pay another $200 so that they can be covered By Warranty, so I did But that is not all after that and they send it out to get fixed for the last time again guest what the phones are not working again and I am out of a Phone again for a few Weeks again, This Phone been in Fixing more than I actually use it, so I am going to take it back to the store again and drop it off for a few more weeks, MY POINT IS THAT BELL SHOULD NOT BE GIVING CUSTOMER FAULTY PRODUCT AND THEN THE STORE IS TRYING TO SELL ME TWO OTHER PHONES FOR HUNDRED OF DOLLARS FOR ANOTHER WHEN I'M IN A CONTRACT ALL READY, THEY SAY I CANNOT LEAVE AND THAT THEY WILL GIVE ME BAD CREDIT IF I CANCEL THE CONTRACT. It is all a big scam to get customer's to purchase extra warranty and or buy other phones to complete their contract, they knew that these phones are faulty and they should not sell product that don't last and ripping customers, what should i do to get two proper phones.
