Had to get another cell phone since the "ball" on the Blackberry Curve fell out after the 2nd time, and they "no longer carry that phone." Well what do you do when you have a contract and you have to phone service or slapped with a termination fee. So they push upgrades and then your contact is extended "another 2 years.! Call to speak to representative who repeats the same thing, but is not getting not my fault the ball keeps falling out on the refurbished one they replaced. So Randy as nice as he was is going to get a manager, but I hold on for so long, I hang up and he calls me back, apologizing that his manager will have to review the contract since it looks like I recieved several phones in a short amount of time. Well... YES because everytime I turn around they never "carry the phones you had before, not to mention the batteries on the phones you get either wear out and never charge afterless than a year!
I want out of Verizon Wireless and October is not acceptable because the products they push, and the network coverage is subpar. Driving from TN to Va is an 11 hour drive and 2 of those hours there is literally no service! Imagine my horror being a female and driving alone through the mountains! So much for coverage at all. I will take my chances and pay extra to fly!
