Lost 68 Pound Box of Christmas Gifts in Transit

I ordered my kids' Christmas gifts from a large online retailer. The order was shipped using 2 day shipping, and it never turned up. After I contacted the shipper, they said that FedEx lost the package 'in transit'. However, the website says that the package is at a 'FedEx facility'. This is a pretty large box and weighed 68 pounds.

I tried to contact them to find out what is going on. I got an automated reply, but they never bothered to respond. Never again, FedEx.
