Two-Day Shipping Package Four Days Overdue, Told to Pick Up

I ordered a few gifts for Christmas, and all of them came from multiple carriers. However, FedEx seems to be the only one that can't deliver. My package is 4 days overdue, and I used 2-day shipping! When I called, all I was told was that I could pick it up from a facility! Are you kidding me?
