I got a call just a few days after applying to this entry level position saying congrats you are welcome to come in for a first intreview. When I got there, about 5 other people were waiting. First interview went fast. That same night they called back, Congrats you are welcome to a second interview.
During the second interview me and a "sales rep"/ Liar drove around to about 20 different businesses looking like idiots trying to sell office supplies from Quill.
Right then I thought wow. I didnt know this is what I will be doing. As we were driving around I asked the Liar about pay. He said that we will talk about that over lunch.
During luch he handed me a paper. Had like 4? Levels of employment saying i need to do sales for like 4-8 months pure commission to become a manager which makes $1, ooo dollars salary and 52% commission... I was so excited but he right away jumped off subject and we began to drive some more.
After driving around for my second interview they gave me a third and called back just a few hours later. Telling me I got the job.
Everytime i asked someone about pay or benefits they jumped off subject and told me how excited they were to hire me.
Make a long story short. Siler Milton is a big joke. A bunch of liars and dont waste your time.
