Yes, I attended an interview with Siler-Milton and they too had you interview for a position, come back the next day to basically do the job by going on field assignments to different businesses to try and sell a product. The entire day was spent from 9- 5pm riding around in a car, going business to business to offer them a service and hope that they would sign up. This position required you to have an college degree and was listed as an entry level marketing position. If you ask me this job were no different than selling Mary Kay or Avon. You were paid by commission - it actually seemed like a joke but, honestly I wasn't going to quit my full time job to go there when I already have a steady income coming in. However, there are other company's that also do this such as there competitor: Bell Star!
