I was hit by a fraud by the EDP Card company which occured on March20, my bank sent me a letter which said my account was overdrawn by 183.00. Iwas very upset I went to my local bank to see what happened they gave me a printout of the transaction. I contacted the EDP Card company and talked after staying on hold for two hours, first, i talked to a women named Tiffany Pablo ext122 she told me that she was going to seng a fraud paper for me to take to my local police department, her phone hung up, so i called back and talked to Marvin Haley ext. 137 he told me that i agreed to those terms, i never agreed to anything.
I knew he was giving me the run around, so I asked for a refund he said after three days no refunds are given. I asked what to do next he said well their is no refund nor a card, i couldn't understand what was going on so he gave me a web site which wasn't even a website to go on to see the terms and agreements. I really want my money returned my bank account is overdrawn because of a company like this, i am a single parent of three in school taken up crminal law and look what happened.
I want this to be resolved and i wan't my money returned and i'm not going to stop until it's over and something is done about that company. I am ready to write all day to different firms until someone hears my plea, this is not right for people to do others like that, if their is anyone who know what i can do to stop them and how to recieved my money please help. I am willing to do anything to resolve this I will even write the White House just so noone else could experience this heartache and pain. I am a fighter and i am going to fight for all.
