Pugi of chicagoland steal from the customers. Let me explain, i went to pugi last year and traded in my 2000 audi a4 for a new vw passat. I had a balance on my trade for 15k. They told me they would pay off my car and my payments would be 380. I said ok and we did the deal. Three weeks later my bank called me and said they only got 10k from pugi. I called pugi and they told me they paid in full. I call my bank and tell them that, they send me a copy of the check and it was only 10k. The bank wants the money and i had to pay. Pugi will not respond to me or pay me. They tell me to talk to their attorney and never return my calls. I still have not recieved my money and i have been fighting for the money ever since.
Is this enough info on why pugi sucks or did you need anymore details?
