William Collazo Jr. Has not paid, nor attepted to pay child support to daughter of age three. A Child Support enforcement case was opened in in hopes to gain some finacial and relational support from father to daughter. I recieved Child support for a little under a year since the case opened.
It has now been a year or so since I recieved any help from my daughter's father william. He has avoided paying child support by working "off the books". During his season of working off the books he has not attempted to support his daughter in any way. However he has had two children after my daughter's birth with two other women and has been said to support them both.
The N.Y. Family court only ordered him to pay $53.00 a week for his daughter. I believe that amount to be insufficient in providing for the expenses of a child. However, it is my entitled amount and I believe William Collazo Jr. Should be held accountable and mandated to pay and support His first and only born of wed-lock.
