Im 22 years old I have full custody of my 3 year old daughter.
Her father hasnt paid child support in 1 year or tried to see her.
I been taken him to court since 2 1/2 years. Because of him trying to hide, not paying child support, having to take him to court constantly (paying for a divorce we both wanted) I owe 10,000 currently to my attorney plus taken care of my daughter alone.
Why won't they put him in jail or sign off his rights??
