I was inspired to write this report when I read another individual's report that could have been our same story word for word! This company called our office and spoke to a temporary assistant and convinced her that they could give us a great deal on toner for our copier, she believed them, they sent the toner and it was almost 3 times the price of what it goes for.
This was caught because they tried to do it again, but this time when they spoke to an assistant, and convinced her again, when the bill came, I reviewed it (I am the office manager and was away on Maternity Leave the first time). When I saw the price I knew something was very wrong, and when I contacted them they were very eager to make a "deal" with me and give me a reduction on the bill (the toner had already arrived). I thought this was even more strange, so I told them I would only pay what the cost at Staples was. Again, they agreed very quickly and faxed me a bill for that amount. I googled their company and saw a report on this website. I am determined not to pay this rip-off company any more money!
