Damages vehicle and does poor paint repair to hide damages to vehicle while in for 7 recalls on my 2004 nissan quest fraud

I took my 2004 Nissan quest purchased in December
2006 to the Upstate Nissan in Anderson SC for the service department to perform the seven recalls for my van.

I first left my van on 02/19/07 for the recalls to be completed.

I asked them to check the rear hatch (lift gate) for it was scrubbing when opening and closing.

The following Thursday 2/22, I received a call from Richard in the service dept.in this call he stated my van had been in a previous accident resulting in the lift gate to be in the condition it was in and Nissan would not cover the repair work under the warranty, he indicated the repair work to be 213.00 parts paint and labor.

I told him to give me a day or so before going ahead with the work. On Monday 2/26 I called Richard (same service man) and gave him permission to do the work.

I received a call from the Nissan's Auto Body Department on 3/2 indicating my van was ready for pickup and I could pick it up at the main dealership at 3 PM.

At 3:15 Pm I went to pick up my van for Richard to tell me it was at the body shop and I had to go there to pick it up. When I arrived there I was told It would be the middle of next week before the van would be ready due to the work not being done as indicated. I had made prior arrangements with my children and friends and needed my van for the weekend and asked if I could take it for the weekend.

The van was pulled into the bay and I noticed some damage to the running board on the drivers side. I began to investigate the condition of my vehicle to find the list endless. The body guy Steve clearly stated "No Paintwork had been done on the van - the hinges were even painted before they were put on the van" Photos are in my possesion to back my theory. My van has several indications of paint work done while being left with the Nissan dealership. The paint/clear coat is very evident. Overspray on the tail light and other parts of my van along with the runs on the molding and chips/scratches clearly indicate paint work was done to cover up an accident while in the care of the dealership. I asked who transported my van to and from the auto body shop my answer per steve (body shop) was "Richard" and someone "unknown". I have made several attempts to the body shop manager as well as the other individual representing this company to repair the poor paint work and other damages to my van. The outcome has been negative. I was scheduled for today 3/5 to have the work that was to be completed when I was called. I took this time to ask Charlie the body shop manager if he is willing to repair my van and the outcome was again, negative. I did not leave my van with this company for fear of any further damage. I do not feel my van was ever in an accident other than what has occurred during the time it was with this dealership and this was a cover up for someone's error. Charlie the service manager is the person that will not repair my van to its orginal state of the time I left it. Charlie is the person that also transported my vehicle to and from the body shop. The car is carfax certified with a buy back guarantee and was fully inspected my Maroone Nissan in Hollywood CA prior to the purchase on 12/13. I have all documents and photos before the recall appoint and after. My documents will support my theory. This company has violated me as a consumer under the South Carolina Lemon Law. I am asking anyone that has any information that could help me to contact me. I have sought legal action and intent to have this prosecuted to the fullest extent. Upstate Nissan Automotive group in Anderson South Carolina are fraudulent in their dealings with customers dishonest and liars. I will not rest until the whole world knows what this Nissan dealership has done to my vehicle.
